I’m Ki McCue, club manager, with an introduction to our club, which is conveniently located on the corner of Valley View Road and Wooddale Avenue, just north of Crosstown.

One-on-one coaching – at no extra cost. No guesswork here on how to get and stay healthy. A fitness coach creates your workout plan, provides instruction, and is present every visit for guidance and support.
Fast results with “smart” strength-building equipment Our equipment is easy to use and runs on air resistance, which means less strain on joints and ligaments and less chance of injury. Plus, it’s computerized, so it acts like a second coach. Your prescribed workout plan is programmed in advance, enabling each machine to greet you by name, set your resistance, count reps and challenge you more as you improve. This is a key reason why, on average, Welcyon members are 50% stronger within three months of joining, and twice as strong in a year!
Friendly, supportive environment Gyms can be intimidating. Not us, we’re like a modern-day “Cheers” – a smaller, friendly place where staff knows you by name. Guidance and support every workout
My passion has always been fitness. I played tennis through high school and college, and later coached as well. And I try to do some form of exercise five days a week. But that’s not where YOU have to start. We will design your program to reflect where you are today, then modify it as you progress.
