Yoga can be done from a seated position for beginners, or while standing for more advanced students. Our gentle form of yoga provides beneficial stretches, focused breathing, and mind-body benefits. Perform it at home, in the office cube, or even in an airplane seat to soothe stress and bring a dose of feel-good to any day. Sign up here or at the club.
Join us for a workout chosen by one of our qualified coaches! Coaches choose between Core, Balance, Bone Health, Body Challenge, or Conditioning classes.
Choose between one-on-one or two-on-one sessions with a certified personal trainer to improve your overall health and fitness. Your personal trainer will work with you using a variety of training methods (including dumbbells, body weight exercises, Swiss balls, and rubber tubing), based on your fitness and comfort level, to achieve your best results.
