Do you know your Blood Pressure Numbers?

Your blood pressure consists of two numbers.  The top number is the Systolic blood pressure, the bottom number is the Diastolic blood pressure.

Normal Systolic Blood Pressure is below 120 and normal Diastolic blood pressure is below 80.

Welcyon coach is first survivor to finish Twin Cities Race for the Cure®

Walk into our Edina, MN club on a Monday or Friday and you’ll be greeted with the smile and personality of fitness coach Sarah Wagner, who recently made headlines by being the top survivor finisher in the 22nd Annual Twin Cities Race for the Cure®

 

“I came across the finish line and there was a white tape. I was wondering where the other fast people were,” Sarah said. “I was really surprised, but it has always been a goal of mine that I’d one day finish the Race for the Cure first so that was really fun.”
