Free 45-minute workshops will be held in both clubs to give you a “sneak preview” of the classes and answer your questions. You’ll also be able to take advantage of early-bird registration to assure yourself a slot in the classes. Wear comfortable or workout apparel. Classes begin the week of September 15th.
