At the end of January, Gail Bolger, manager of the Bloomington and Edina clubs, is stepping down so she can step up to her next adventure in life! Gail has been with Welcyon from the opening of Bloomington and made major contributions to the growth, quality and customer focus of our company. A personal trainer and an expert in fitness, she helped develop our Small Group Cardio classes and rolled them out to all the clubs.Read more >
Ki McCue Named Manager of Welcyon Edina
On February 1, Ki McCue will begin serving as manager of our Edina club. With her incredible people skills, love of fitness and exercise, and deep managerial experience, Ki is a very valuable addition to our team. Before joining Welcyon, she was regional sales director at Herman Miller, a manufacturer of premium office furniture.
“Like Welcyon, Herman Miller is a servant-leadership company. The philosophy is all about how managers can help people succeed,” Ki said. “My goal is to continue nurturing this incredible environment where coaches and members thrive.”
A life-long athlete, Ki was once a women’s collegiate tennis coach, and still regularly heads out to the courts. She also enjoys running, biking, strength training, and hiking in the mountains of Idaho. She lives in Mound, and has two grown sons.Read more >
