Welcyon Health Club - Fargo, ND

Fit After 50 in Fargo? Heck yeah!

Welcome to Welcyon, Fitness After 50 - the best health club for adults over 50 in Fargo, North Dakota!

I'm Heather Teigen, owner, with an introduction to our club, which is conveniently located in South Creek Mall, 32nd Avenue and 25th Street.

These days, turning 50 isn't about slowing down, it's about revving up for the next phase of life! That's why you'll embrace Welcyon (pronounced well-see-on). We're a new kind of health club with a better way to help you get fit. Working with us, you'll be measurably stronger in just 30 days-or your money back. You'll have more energy and staying power to enjoy your favorite activities and everyday life.

We're nothing like a traditional gym. Here's what makes us a better fit:

An alternative to traditional gyms

Early in life, my parents, Sandy and Jim Christopherson (yep, the football coach), instilled in me the importance of regular exercise, healthy eating and an active lifestyle. They're still my role models. In fact, both are coaches in the club and members love interacting with them.

It was natural for me to open a Welcyon in Fargo because it fills a missing piece in the local health club scene - where else do you go if you're turned off by traditional gyms? - and it changes people's lives, which is both personally and professionally rewarding for me.

I'd love to show you around the club. Please visit for a tour and cup of coffee.

Yours in health,

Heather Teigen
