That’s why we’re making Small Group Cardio Classes a part of your membership—FREE of charge! It’s all part of our commitment to bring you the most value for your membership dollars—and the best outcome for your health.
Starting this fall, you can sign up for weekly sessions led by one of our fitness coaches. Based on high intensity interval training (HIIT)—a workout regimen developed for elite athletes—these fast, fun classes deliver an hour’s worth of health benefit in a fraction of the time. And unlike the Olympian HIIT regimens, our classes are designed for people of all shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.
Here’s how it works.
To ensure that each member gets personalized attention from the coach, class size is limited to five.
But don’t let that stop you from doing cardio between sessions! Take what you’ve learned and do it on your own. For best results, we recommend two strength training, and two to three cardio sessions per week.
