Our specially trained fitness coaches take a health history and customize a workout program for each member, with an emphasis on safety and supervision. Each member begins with a one-on-one orientation to help you get familiar with the equipment and exercise protocols. Our staff members are certified in CPR and Welcyon is equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
It’s our goal to make every member feel special. Welcyon is a warm and welcoming place that addresses the needs of the de-conditioned to the physically fit. There’s even a social area where members can have a cup of coffee with a friend or play games. Everyone wants to get stronger, but exercise at Welcyon is also about having fun.
